The Birmingham Girls Choir is a non-profit organization that celebrates diversity through the preparation and performance of choral music.

The Birmingham Girls Choir seeks to enrich the lives of girls from all religious, racial, cultural, and economic backgrounds. Our professional, nurturing staff is dedicated to helping children develop the skills necessary to enjoy a lifetime of choral singing.

BGC is a choral music program for girls, consisting of three separate choirs. The choirs study and perform a variety of secular and sacred choral literature including classical, folk, contemporary, world, gospel and jazz styles. Weekly rehearsals reinforce music reading skills, vocal techniques, stage presence and rehearsal etiquette.
